”Staff at check in was amazing. I believe God name was Noah (?)... Our initial reason for coming to Charleston was for a show at a local venue. The venue canceled at the last minute, so we came with no plans. No problem! Noah, at check in, gave me 3 or 4 options... one being Charleston Christmas Light show... and it made for a fantastic evening and weekend!”

”My husband and I had such a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean & modern. Our room was spacious and had everything we could possibly need! Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of our favorite touches was being offered sparkling wine each evening. It was within walking distance to every thing in town. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Charleston!”

”We arrived early, but were allowed to check in. The lady at the desk was friendly and immediately got a valet to handle our luggage and park our car. We stayed for three nights and each day was a pleasure. The entire staff (both day and night) were better than any we had encountered on previous trips both inside and outside of the USA. The room appeared to have been recently remodeled and it was spotless. Housekeeping staff kept that way each day. We would recommend this hotel to anyone...
