”This place is a true gem, absolutely recommended. A spacious room, comfortable bed(s), powerful shower, very good breakfast and extremely nice service that leaves you with a feeling that both the customer and the hotel itself are taken good care of. Location also very convenient near the university and Botanical Garden: the street in front of the hotel is quiet, but there are dozens of restaurants within a walk of a minute of two.”

Checking in was a breeze the young gentleman who checked was very informative and very friendly, all the staff we Interacted with were friendly. Breakfast was lovely a good selection on offer , plentiful and hot. Room was spacious ,spotless . Bed was comfortable. Shower room clean. Would definitely stay here again.”

”Noel and Cathy are absolutely wonderful!!! Such warm and welcoming people. The view is gorgeous and it's so quiet. It was such a wonderful and welcomed change from the hotels we stayed in. ”Some staff were really helpful and solved problems well. Other younger desk staff made mistakes (got room number wrong for taxi and almost sent driver away, then called a second taxi while driver was still there) or were unhelpful and gave up easily (looked for a lost jacket indifferently). Older desk staff made much more of an effort and found coat easily. Younger staff lacked a willingness to work.”
