”I would have given 5 stars but the alarm went off at 6 am. I thought I turned it off but then it went off again. I called the front desk to find out how to turn it off and no one picked up.
Alarms should be turned off my housekeeping so guests can Allie and retaken by previous guests alarms. It’s not right.”

”After checking in went to the room which was around the back and found a dozen or so construction workers sitting on tailgate to trucks with loud music blasting. Called the office I said you have a party going on in the back they said I don't have a party going on anywhere and hung up on me.
Call back again and they hung up on me again.
We never unpacked we just grabbed our bags and left music was so loud you can hear it at the office. They did absolutely nothing. Not paying for this 2...
