”The check in process took an hour because they didn’t know what rooms were clean. They were so unorganized. I wont stay here again.”

”The bedding at spots on it also did the towels, there was sticky stuff on the tables and half the plugs didn’t work, we did not once comeplane about anything and that was our mistake. Also it was never mentioned that they was remolding the hotel on any website so be ready to be woken up by load beeping and banging and eveything else at 730. My mistake for not taking pictures of everything in the room prior to sitting, touching or anything before you take pictures of everything towels, bedding,...

”The tub/shower was awkward to stand in. The bottom wasn’t flat. Hard to stand or turn. Felt very unsafe.”

”Only marked this hotel down because it's currently undergoing renovations. Some floor trim missing and a few other minor things. Have to say we were pleasantly surprised with the continental breakfast. The breakfast serving area was hidden behind a barn door and was quite spacious and diverse! Bed was comfortable and place was quiet. Kingsport is a spacious community. Many places to eat and coffee shops, plus a mall.”

”I mean the staff are wonderful. The room was kinda clean but this is bare bones accommodation. The sheets and blankets were worn, the furniture was worn. Everything about this was worn and needed up keep. I don't expect a lot from motel six but I think the owners could do better. They leave their employees with little to work with.”

”Very nice clean comfortable room. We got in late, left early- so did not use amenities. Breakfast is not included. All luggage carts had flat wheels- which made winding on carpeted hallway to room very difficult. No staff available to help.”

”Nothing 😒 204 has bed bugs we told the lady at the front she just moved our room to the one next door in 202 and that room had cockroaches and bed sheets was disgusting. Then this morning bangs on the door which also needs fixed their are cracks in the door edge that lets u see in the room. Screaming we need to open it when we was trying to get dressed to open it. So rude at this location.”

”The staff was friendly upon arrival and explained how to use the wifi and what time was the breakfast. The room was very clean- the linens, bathtub and sink. The bed was very comfy.We didn't like that it had carpeted floors but they were at least clean. The TV was nice size and there was a convient desk, microwave and refrigerator and coffee maker in the room.The breakfast was great because there was about anything you could want. Parking was good. The property was in a quiet location”

”Me and my husband had to change to three separate rooms where two out of three had blood on the sheets we checked in at 730pm and didn't receive a clean room untill after 11 pm the manager on staff was sure that we would receive compensation. The manager on morning staff refused any compensation and said that had to go through Expedia in order to receive and compensation”

”Tried to charge me 11$ more than the price I was given online when I made the reservation. I showed him the confirmation email and he then refused to rent me a room all together over me wanting him to honor the price I had already confirmed online. Did so by using various hand signs because his English was less than understandable. Terrible experience and the place appeared to be filthy going by what the parking lot and lobby looked like. I don't imagine the rooms being any better but never...
