âCheck in was slow, three people at the counter and only one helped, even with a line. Our room was missing the tv remote when we checked it. They got us replacements. There was a loose tile in the bathroom floor in front of the toilet and shower. The water/shower handle was loose and coming out of the wall. The breakfast was great.â

âThe property is really run down and in need of updating. The staff tried to overcome the obstacles they are stuck with in regards to the hotel condition. Check in is at 3pm, we arrived at 7:30 and our room had not been cleaned yet and we had to wait an additional hour before we could get in. The key card lock on our door would not work and we had to have the front desk let us in 3 separate times. The show was never hot and was luke warm at best, the fsucet on the sink did not have cold water...
