”Booked this for six nights but only stayed for one night due to finding bugs in every room. Spiders in the corners of both bedrooms, in the bathroom, and inside the foldout sofa bed. Ants in one of the beds, and an active ant trap by the front door. When we found a roach in the kitchen we decided to leave. We asked the property manager for a partial refund but were denied.Would not recommend.”

”We were in town for a wedding in Spearfish and decided to stay in downtown area, and chose this little cottage based on the reviews. We were not disappointed! We had everything we needed, easy parking, warm cottage with all the amenities. The locals are SO FRIENDLY! We LOVED the area, and definitely are considering a return trip for a vacation getaway to explore the region in a bit warmer weather. We will definitely stay at this property again!”

”Property was located in a much lower income and sketchy neighborhood. No broom closet with mop and broom to clean cooking spills. Therefore we did not cook not to mention there is no dishwasher. Deal breaker in my opinion. I’m staying in an home environment instead of a hotel and wanted to cook. But wanted to be able to load dishes in a dishwasher and go on about our vacation.
