”Lovely, welcoming staff. Very easy to check in at the pub next to the accommodation. Very good location and easy to find. Free parking which is a bonus these days! Stayed for 3 nights in a family room, clean but a little dated. Beds could be more comfortable. Breakfast was nice and has a lovely kids play area. Overall a pleasant stay.”

”The room and furnishing were very dated. I wiped the end tables and the coffee station with a wet wipe as they were quite dusty. The bathtub had rust damage so a bath was out of the question. Shower was fine. The trash cans were not emptied during my stay, the towels not changed. The bed seemed clean though and fairly comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was tasty.”

”It’s faded charm and wonderful, a great stop between London and Yorkshire, rooms not huge but fine for one night. Staff & bar too notch. We’ll definitely stay here again on our way north.”

Se sijaitsee parin korttelin päässä rautatieasemalta ja läheltä löytyy sekä ravintoloita että ostoskeskuksia. Aamiainen oli erittäin maittava, vaikkakin melko kallis erikseen ostettuna. Henkilökunta oli oikein ystävällinen. ”

”it’s okay. my room was now hoovered at all, dirty floor, checked bed for bed buds and it was safe to sleep. the heater was cold majority of night and only when i woke up after 7am i noticed it actually worked, didnt think it did. if the cleanliness of the place was better it would be a better review but staff is very helpful. cant go wrong for £40 per night.”

”We booked 2 rooms initially back in march to stay the night before download festival and the night after. Our friends had booked the same place and one had booked the week before . When we got there all our friends had their rooms booked , even our friend who booked the week before. When it came to us checking in our booking wasnt there, even though i had the confirmation email.
