”The room was clean and the location was perfect. It was within walking distance of both the River Walk and the Alamodome, which made getting around super convenient. The only downside was that the bed was a bit too firm for my liking, but overall it was a great stay, I've stayed here before and I'll definitely be staying here again.”

Oddly enough the only complaint would be in regard to the customer service, and this is not directed to the front desk, they were amazing. But in other areas of the hotel, nothing rude or detrimental, just a lack of attentiveness. Which was unfortunate because everything else about the hotel had made such a great first impression and one could easily chalk it up to a rare "blip" in the moment. But overall it...

”The house was impressive on the outside when we arrived. Once inside, the initial impression was good. As we checked things out, though, we found some things that we were not happy with. The fan in Master bedroom did not work. The remote control had corroded batteries in it. I did find a new battery in a drawer and tried to make it work, but it never did. The floor in Bath 2 was very soft and sunken right in front of the bathtub and there was a gap between the bathtub and the floor. We did...

”We didnt even stay there. The house was sworming with bugs, had holes all around the outside of the house. The neighbor hood was ugly and we felt very unsafe. Not cozy at all.”
