”The waterpark (slides, pool, kiddie pool) area was wonderful! Very family friendly. Staff was kind. We loved the pier as well. Had a flatbread from the restaurant that was great. The only thing we noticed was the walls were thin. We could easily hear our neighbors who were not loud people. Definitely a disappointment considering how expensive it is to stay here. But overall we loved it.”

The front desk receptionist sent maintenance to fix the issue but there was absolutely no change. Room was dirty with tons of hair on the mattress protector that we removed from the beds.
