”Upon arrival at the Grantham Arms, we were welcomed warmly by staff. The atmosphere was friendly and cheerful on the Saturday before Christmas. Our room was well-appointed and very cosy. The decor was stylish and comfortable with plenty of cushions and good quality bed linen and towels. ”Check in was a very pleasant experience. We took advantage of the luggage check and on return to the hotel for check in our bags had been delivered to our room. We were even showed to our room, a nice touch. Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. A million dollar view from our room across a quiet street. Would definitely stay again.”
