It was my 1st and last time in this hotel. I had a booking for 6 rooms and they charged me for 9 rooms. Hotel was blaiming hotels.com and hotels.com was blaiming the hotel! I don't know who's fault it was but neither of them cared about that! :[

Area was beautiful. Our mattress, comforter and pillows were all lumpy and uncomfortable. Food and drinks were insanely high. One white russian $22 before the tip. Price gauging ruins any trip yet people must pay it. Check-in at 4 pm is really late. We travel often and itâs never been so late. Overall ...
