”We arrived to find there was no sofa bed as advertised and the unit only slept 4 even though it said 6. No linen for the couch cushions we had to put on the floor for the youngest kids and 4 towels for a booking for 6. Advertised pool was locked the whole time. Vacuum cleaner didn't work, dishwasher draws broken and no heating or cooling. Very poor parking situation ”

”Yes the place was clean and tidy, it was a lovely little 1 bedroom unit with a balcony overlooking the lovely pool and Spa it also had a sauna which we didn’t use the only thing I didn’t like was that it was on the first floor and I had trouble with those I had two bad falls while there but would stay there again as long as we had a ground floor unit.”
