There was some party going on in the hallway and in other rooms all night and terrible noise from music and people speaking very loud and the personnel did absolutely nothing about it. Besides that there is also a church next door that had very loud music all evening (but not at night) and the planes were flying over the hotel very low. So we didn't get to sleep at all the night before our 36 hour trip back to Europe,...

”Traveled 6hours and wanted a hot shower and to settle into bed for an early morning Departure. When we turned up, our room hadn't been vacuumed. We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room. Thankfully, the staff member gave us another room and we were able to settle in but after travelling...
