”The property itself was new so it was shocking to endure the hvac sounds and inaccurate heating and cooling. The unit was loud and incessant and the temperature was inconsistent. The fridge made clacking sounds at random moments throughout our stay. It was difficult to sleep when we were unable to get the temp down below 73 at bedtime only to wake to 68 degree temps in the morning. It had a mind of it's own. The couch was uncomfortable and the mattress and pillows were, as well. The coffee was...

”All was good except walls thin heard other tv’s in room connected to us, stomping from people up from us. Noise started like after 10 pm the first day and we reported to staff and they took care of it right away but day 2 noise kept going till after 1 am.”

”No one cleaned room. There was a dripping sound coming from the bathroom ceiling a good part of stay. Needed to close bathroom door not to hear it. Reported it to staff. No safe in room. 5 hangers in closet. Had to request more. Shower floor slippery. Breakfast was very nice. ”
