”The sheets were clean. There were new lampshades.
But the surfaces that were cleaned had cleaner residue, and any non-essential surface had not been cleaned in years. The lamps themselves had SOOO much fly poop, and their switches were sticky. The hairdryer looked like it had sat beside a deep fryer for six months. The countertop was so cracked that it was supported by a 2x4 so it didn't fall off the wall.
But it was a place to sleep. And it didn't have bedbugs.”

”Check in took over 30 minutes and we were not compensated for the delay on their system.
It was very late when we checked in but I asked for the hours of the pool and breakfast and the attendant told us the hours for both. Come to find out in the morning that the pool was closed for construction and there was no mention of this or a sign stating so.
Breakfast was lack luster as well as the room since it was very tight the two king size beds in the room. They did refund our second night since we...

”IF NEED TO STAY THERE AGAIN I will but we were from 24th to 1st and not one time did they clean the room. Had to ask someone to clean the bathtub due to hair in it ( when we checked in ). The trash at the stairs to go outside and inside smelled so bad that it had the hall to the room smelling. We had parking was good. Kitchen was cleaned.”

”Hot tub was hot enough but took an hr to fill part way. T.v did not work . Was told they would bring a new one. Never did. At checkout I wanted to pay cash instead of use the card that I used to hold the room., they took my cash and charged the card. Staff was friendly. ”
