”Everything seemed fresh and recent. The pool, patio and gym were all in good shape and we used them well! We had a wedding to attend and had a small wardrobe malfunction. The young ladies at the front desk, Jaye & Honey, found us some safety pins! Lifesavers,both of them. They were also pleasant, funny and very professional in their interactions with guests. We'll stay here again on our next visit.”

”We were disappointed with the new updates to the hotel. The mattress sagged in the middle. Housekeeping is every other day unless requested. Our room wasn’t ready at a 5 pm check in. Then we didn’t have towels. All things were easily rectified except the sinking mattress.”

”The staff was amazingly helpful. The room and lobby were clean. Breakfast was great with a quite the variety of. Salim was friendly, caring and very helpful as my husband has mobility issues and Salim was so kind and attentive.”

”Our room worked well for my husband, our daughter and her two children and myself. We liked the way the bathroom was laid out with the sink outside of the toilet/bathing area and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with many options for everyone. ”

”Breakfast was nice, good options for making fresh waffles, hot eggs, protein and cereal options. Coffee pretty good too. Pool open 7am to 10pm. Great for families. Clean room , friendly staff. About 25 minutes from downtown. I would stay again. ”

”Make sure you book here if you want your room to be canceled an hour before check in. We booked a room with this hotel almost 2 months ago for the Luke combs concert, one of their incredibly rude staff members who only talked over us the whole time, called AN HOUR BEFORE CHECK IN- to cancel our room. They proceeded to tell us it’s not their fault that their rooms were overbooked and didn’t accommodate us and hung up on me MID SENTENCE!!!! Were hours away from home and now have nowhere to stay...

”Maybe just a tough weekend but the credit card machine and room charge feature weren't working at the bar. The front doors kept opening and closing noisily despite the fact that no one was around them. On the other hand, the bartender D always makes this stop my favorite stop of the trip and so I'll never pick a different hotel on my way out of Columbus! Not to mention, the location so close to the rental drop off and airport is too convenient to pass up and the shuttle service is great.”

”Don’t pay extra for a “skyline view of the city.” All I saw was a tree and when asking for a refund she said they were busy last night (so gave my room that I paid for a nice view of Columbus to someone else). Won’t do that again.”

”Hotel was nice except the walls were paper thin. I have never stayed somewhere that you could hear the other guest so loundly and just people walking in the hall. I was very surprised.”
