”Last minute check in on a Wednesday 29th, just after leaving a very bad hotel there call the Savoy i mean very bad. So any checking in was greated by a lovely young lady name Nicole was very affiliate explaining the how things are in the hotel if i needed any thing. Well done i shall be back .”

” access to top floor was not suitable for oap, too many stairs with no help from staff with luggage. Dining area/ bar closes very early and with erratic times. Room was very good, clean and well aired. Shower was a bit weak but hot. Food was acceptable”

”Lovely stay . Rooms ample size , reception staff and bar staff very friendly and helpful, evening entertainment was great . Very close to the beach and pier and shops .Only downside was the noise from traffic if your room is on the front of hotel as no double glazing as its an old building, otherwise perfect. ”

”What a find, beautiful location, peaceful, on Sand Bay Beach front a few miles from Weston Super Mare but a world away. Nice hotel, clean, lovely presented double room with en suite, rainfall double shower, tv, small fridge, kettle, free standing fan, supply of tea, coffee, hot choclate.
