Perfect hotel for a city weekend
We had a big, nice room with a big bathroom, no breakfast included. Very quiet room, hotel service excellent, rented bikes, printed boarding cards etc. A luggage room with a receipt felt also extra safe. Very near the city center!

Erittäin siisti huone (deluxe) ja kaunis sisustus. Hyvä palvelu (ravintoloiden varaus, taksit ym.). Ainoa miinus hotellin ravintolasta, mikä palveli myös aamiaispaikkana. Ravintolasta ei saanut gluteenitonta jällkiruokaa. Lisäksi kassajärjestelmä vanhanaikainen; ei mahdollisuutta PIN-koodimaksuun eikä debit-maksuun, mikä onnistui kaikkialla muualla Haagissa. Keskustaan kävelykatua pitkin (about 1,5 km), missä paljon merkkiliikkeitä. Very good hotel with nice decorated rooms. Excellent service (restaurant reservations etc.). Only minus due to old-fashioned cash system (security level poor) in a hotel's restaurant.

Leider kann ich keine verdiente 5-Sterne-Bewertung abgeben. Das Interieur ist in die Jahre gekommen und das Badezimmer war viel kleiner als auf der Website abgebildet. Das Kingsize-Bett war kleiner als in vielen anderen Hotels. Es gab Silberfische und es war sehr staubig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber in seinem jetzigen Zustand würde ich nicht wiederkommen.

Grundsätzlich gute Preis-Leistung, schönes Restaurant/Frühstücksbuffet, Zimmer (executive) grosszügig aber sehr veraltet mit Teppich, nicht mehr zeitgemäss meines Erachtens. Alles in allem jedoch angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Ik vind het jammer dat ik -als Nederlandse- engels moet spreken bij de receptie. Fijn, schoon hotel, maar erg warm, zowel in de gangen als in de kamer. In deze tijd van klimaatverandering zou 'n paar graadjes minder het Hilton niet misstaan! Fantastisch ontbijt!

Geachte mevrouw Ilse,Hartelijk dank voor uw verblijf en feedback.Graag informeer ik u dat wij een internationaal bedrijf zijn met gasten en medewerkers over de hele wereld vandaan, daarom spreekt niet iedereen nederlands bij ons. Echter is er altijd wel iemand aanwezig die nederlands spreekt als dat uw voorkeur heeft. Aangaande de temperatuur in het hotel wil ik u graag meedelen dat wij heel bewust met verwarming om gaan. Aangezien het in nederland ineens heel warm is of in eens heel koud kunnen wij de temeratuur niet in een paar uur kouder krijgen. Dit omdat wij geen airconditioning hebben maar een klimaat controle systeem. Average 5* hotel. The bathroom is VERY small, especially the shower, the cabin is so tiny that you can’t move well, it is as small as a locker room shower. The TV has no smart functionalities, so no streaming whatsoever. The location is good and close to the center.

Knusse kamers die hiernaast best schoon waren. De bediening was ook heel vriendelijk en hulpzaam.

The only downside was the parking which was charging us 32 daily.
