”The pub abd the associated guest rooms are excellent. The area is quiet and peaceful, with easy access to the A10 routes to London or Cambridge. The local town of Ware is a gem for dining and shopping.”

The staff were friendly , the rooms, although slightly dated , were spotless & the bed comfortable.
The location was really pretty being on the River Stort . We made use of the onsite cafe / bar. then took an evening stroll along the river bank .
It would have suited us to have breakfast
in the cafe but it was closed the following morning for a deep clean , which just shows
cleanliness of the place...

”Had a wonderful and peaceful stay for my birthday - staff very kindly upgraded my room. I had the most relaxing facial at the spa which was worth every penny! I also really enjoyed the fish and chips from the restaurant.
Cleanliness was overall good, but could've been improved when it came to stains on the sofa in the room, occasional hairs left on furniture and insects found in-between the window frames. I understand some of these can be difficult to remove, but that attention to detail...
”The Riffle Volunteer, is a lovely old English Pub, The Manager, and The Staff, are Fantastic!! And went above and beyond. The Rooms are Clean, but basic and could do with a
lick of paint to freshen their up. But apart from
that it's a charming little tradition pub. The outside garden is lovely, and there is parking, but it's a small car park.
But i loved it.
