”I like how clean the property generally speaking overall is however the HVAC system in room 134 is rid of the toxic black mold they definitely need new housekeepers because the housekeeper obviously want to get home and don't want to make the hotel immaculate according to guest and how California health and safety code”

”First good things: Very easy parking, friendly staff at check-in and Honda Center within walking distance. However, shower didn’t work at all (no water) and no breakfast (they said that there are muffins, bars etc. but there were only coffee and porridge). Also very loud place to try to sleep so all in this was our worst place to stay during our holiday even if this was more expensive than our other hotels. ”

”Loved the pool area. The breakfast was subpar and very packed. It was barely edible and not many options for protein. I think when the hotel sold the breakfast went downhill because the other reviews are positive. Also the kitchenette was not stocked with any plates or silverware or anything so we had to get some. The room was great and the four showers were a plus! Overall I might stay here again but I specifically looked for a hotel with a good breakfast to save on money at the park and this...

”Great staff, huge room, very close to Disneyland entrance (10min walk to entry gates, pool was nice and my kid enjoyed the splash pad. Now the critiques I have are minor and won’t change me staying again, but would love if these were fixed. 1) I think the breakfast should be improved or made free. In its current state, the breakfast is not giving as much value as the ones in the park. Comparing prices, it seems a no brainer to go in the park as the food is that much better. If it was free...

”Great hotel, staff and location if you are visiting Disneyland or just want to relax. There are so many great restaurants and shopping in walking distance. The free Toy Story bus 20 is right across the street and it takes you directly to Disneyland and back. The staff at this hotel are all so friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay spectacular.
