”Great staff, lovely breakfast. Easy flat walk to park & ride.
Unfortunately lots of road and building work right outside.

”Lovely hotel, beautiful lobby, perfect location. Our room was a little small, so check the room size if that’s important to you. The bathroom and shower were wonderful, and the bed is very comfortable.”

There are no public rooms, so it's more like an apartment building than a hotel. As a lone traveller, I felt a bit isolated - no staff after 9 pm and my phone wouldn't work - but as accommodation, everything was first rate .”

”Altes Haus mitten im Stadtzentrum mit 3 wunderschön renovierten Zimmern, die nur über enge, steile Treppen zu erreichen sind. Badezimmer ist im Detail etwas schludrig gemacht, aber insgesamt sehr schön.
Parking findet sich im nahegelegenen Westgate-Einkaufszentrum, keine 5 Minuten entfernt.
Wermutstropfen: WiFi ist unbenutzbar - 50 KB/s reicht nicht mal zum einfachen Surfen. Wer vom Hotelzimmer aus arbeiten muss, hat schlechte Karten, denn das GSM-Netz vor Ort ist auch nicht besser.”

"Hotel itself was as expected: nice, cozy and tradional. Absolutely fabulous was the staff: professional, efficient and at the same time warm and caring of their guests and their needs. Elderly people were treated well. I recommend to be in contact with this hotel in advance, because there are many different kind of rooms available for variable preferences."
