”We weren't provided with the check-in info email as was promised. When we arrived there was no one to attend the front office and no one was picking up the calls either. The voicemail says "To leave a message please call again "..seriously?? I had to message Expedia chat line, which I believe was overseas but the other accommodation they offered me was 20kms away, which we couldn't do at that time of the night. Somehow I found another mobile number, rang and left a message. Luckily they...

”We had the most incredible stay at Mount Lofty Estate. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the food was amazing and our room was absolutely beautiful. ”

”My first room was well below par for a 'Deluxe Queen' by being shabby and numerous maintenance issues. The replacement room that I was given was MUCH better. The staff were attentive and helpful. Unfortunately some workers came to upgrade the mobile phone tower for the last 4 days of my stay and took over and blocked 1/2 of the car park day & night making parking very difficult (impossible at times) and inconvenient, BUT NOT the fault of Jacksons. ”Poorly managed property - they'll be in touch like clockwork to get your security deposit payment then don't deliver details of how to pickup keys come check-in time. After a few call attempts they blamed it on the cleaner "forgetting" to put the key in the lock box. We were greeted with dirty dishes from the last guest and our request for a 3rd bed not fulfilled. They told me that I forgot to put that request into them... funny considering I have it clearly noted on their confirmation email...

”Had a lovely night at CABN...the kitchenette while small was enough to cook dinner and then the stools and shelf-style table gave us a chance to eat while looking out at nature. The bed was comfy (tricky has one person did have to climb over the other to get out) but AC was super efficient for our 45 degree day and the shower was warm and had plenty of water pressure. And waking up to kangaroos in the front of our cabin was neat!”

”Room had zero soundproofing. Could hear the neighbors on either side, as well as the wedding going on all night behind us. The mini fridge made noise all night long as well. The door had gaps all around it so we were concerned about pests coming through, as well as the cigarette smoke from our neighbors drifting under it. Also the wifi did not reach our room so couldn’t even connect to it. Poor hotel for a beautiful little town. ”

”Nice room, comfy bed and good amenities. The only feedback would be to replace their broken rusty soap holder in the shower. ”

”A tired and run down motel with basic facilities. Trucks using their exhaust brakes coming down the hill were fairly noisy. ”

”We have stayed here before and it was excellent not this time. Room smelt of smoke broken shower door had been removed and not replaced. Plates in cupboard covered in sticky pink icing. Dirt around sink!”

”the room was comfortable enough. no table and chairs to sit at to eat. bed over soft. no towel rails in bathroom. rooms only serviced once a week!”

”There was no cupboard space to put my clothes except to hang my coat. I hsd a rucksack, if i had a suitcaseit would have been hard to put it anywhere where it was out of the way. I was a single occupier with two people it would have been difficult to pass each other as the bed took up most of the space ”
