”We stayed here 6 years ago and had an amazing stay so we were hoping it was still as good and it was, I actually thought the reception staff were much nicer this time. Rooms are just fabulous and super clean, pool area is so lovely and they do the best dirty martinis :) Honestly this place is one of my favourites !”

”The copper castle was an amazing place to stay, clean, comfortable, staff were amazing, children loved the animals and collecting egg's from the chickens in the morning. Owner's were very helpful and accommodating, will definitely be coming back for another stay.”

”Lovely property with all rooms within reasonable distance of the car park and reception. Very polite and highly trained receptionists. Room good size, nice coffee maker, clean fresh comfortable bed with nice pillows. Enjoyed trying out the Dyson hairdryer. Bath nice and long. Water was right temperature for bath or shower but it went cold a couple of times. Breakfast was very good I enjoyed both the buffet and full English. ”Staff were very good, facilities in the room were good - the environment lovely with the WsterMill and the stream - good bed - good black out curtains - welcome water / enough tea for morning and evening - breakfast plentiful - but to tinned fruit - rather than fresh - not very inviting croissants - did not have cooked breakfast - we would stay again - pleasant modern design - welcoming staff!!!”

”One of the worst hotels and customer service. The family room we had pre paid was apparently not in service. The hotel manager took almost 2 hours to figure out alternate room situation. They kept changing their version from telling us that we will be given adjoining rooms to it being unavailable to finally giving us rooms that had non functioning AC and we needed to ask for fan at night. Although the location is convenient and very close to Heathrow the hotel rooms being non functional and poor...
