”Everything about this property was terrible. I don’t believe these reviews anymore. I did not receive the room I overpaid for. It was a downgrade. The smell in the room was terrible. The carpet was really dirty, very old and ripped in a few places. The shower did not work properly. I found people’s hair trapped inside of the pillows. Room was dark and depressing. There was not a single thing I liked about this property.”

”The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. We loved seeing all the F1 decorations and prep for the Austin race! It was a wonderful “extra” detail that made the race weekend even more fun. Also the “pit crew” t-shirts were amazing! We kept wondering if we could’ve gotten one for ourselves— haha! Each day our hotel room was cleaned nicely and left with fresh towels, beds made, etc. The breakfast that was included each morning was also nice. I would’ve loved the shower to have better...
