”This was my third stay at The Principal Hotel. The history of this property is unique and the rooms are amazing - essentially in brand-new condition and very tastefully designed and decorated. I've eaten at the adjoining restaurant, the Graphite, on one occasion. Amazing food! (When the Graphite is closed on Mondays, I eat at the Thai House restaurant within blocks of the hotel. ”Wyndham rewards member was escorted off this property BY POLICE for reasons still unknown to me. They had a full turn out in the pool/sauna area, but ran out of towels at some point. They give 2 body towels for the rooms, no separate towels for the pool. A SOLD OUT HOTEL ran out of towels and no back up. I was upset but i didn't curse "Skye" and I didn't get aggressive. Yet i was told to leave and didn’t get my money back. I would like a full refund as we DID NOT stay here.”

”At first look it was awesome. However taking a deeper look it becomes terrible. First check in is at 4pm and they close the pool at 6pm. Second the tv did not work making it where you had to order movies if you wanted tv. Then after everything when you sign for the 100 deposit if you do not scroll up you do not see they charge 16.50 per day out of your deposit for maintaining of their building. All this made for the experience to be not so much fun and overall a let down. They could do better...

”No way to stream/mirror apps on TVs, limited number of regular channels so you get railroaded into purchasing a movie.
This particular stay I couldn’t even get basic channels like NBC. Was told it was a provider issue and they couldn’t do anything about it. For a hotel that charges over $200/night I would think a smart TV would be a minimum expectation.
I do appreciate the Pantry room with the coffee/tea/hot drink dispenser and the free boxed water. Rooms and beds are comfortable.”
