”The staff was wonderful. Terry, especially, was great. The pool and hot tub had so much chlorine added that the kids started coughing and our eyes were burning so badly we had to leave the area after 5 minutes. The age is showing, as I had to rescrew the shower head back on. The bathroom sliding door sat a good two inches away from the wall, so there was no way to lock or fully close it.”

”After having disappointing experiences with several well-known hotel brands, I ended up booking this hotel for the last night of my trip. It turned out to be a great decision.
