”I witnessed staff be rude multiple times over the phone while in the lobby. One women hung up the phone on someone. The bed is very creaky and wasn’t very comfortable. They give you free bad wifi but you have to pay $7 to get good wifi you can actually do stuff with. You can’t cast anything to the tv so I hope you like watching cable”

”We walked in and it was pretty dirty and musty smelling, unclean floors. When we received our key and went to our room the door latch was loose and wouldn’t open, staff told us to just giggle the handle a little. Should’ve been our first clue upon entering we checked the beds they were a little messy made and there were black dots and hair on sheets and mattress, there was also a bug on the wall and hole in the wall. We left without even checking the bathroom as we didn’t want to sleep there...

The walls are showing age and beat up pretty well. The apps for Netflix and Amazon didn’t work. Internet was spotty at best. I always stay here when I travel for work with my company Dion’s, and it was just not the usual high standard I have come to expect.”
