”Had a great stay lovely room staff was great”

”What a lovely surprise! This is a beautiful hotel in every way. The rooms are astonishing with so many little details. The renovations are incredibly impressive. The staff were fabulous. And the breakfast lovely. A truly relaxing stay and a great find.”

”Nice, comfortable bedroom but you could hear the noise from the road. View to a meadow. English breakfast ok, but I missed cheese and cold cuts on my slice of bread. Gym was good. Nothing to do within short walking distance, and I didn't find a nice route for evening walk either. I stayed here because had a meeting here, but next time would opt for a hotel in town.”

”Had questions about arriving on the Queen's funeral day but my message or email were never answered. During Sunday or holiday found it a bit difficult to reach the staff as either there were no one there or phone was off. So I would say communication didn't work the best way. Otherwise no problems, great location, so near to train station and also near to the castle. We walked easily to every place in Warwick town centre and its surroundings. Modest breakfast but wasn't expecting too much...

”Large recently upgraded hotel great facilities. Clean. Car parking a problem no doubt because many event rooms all packed on saturday night. Bath ouldnt be emptied as drain lifter broken , reported. Really good breakfast. Lovley large room.”

”Low expectations will be met; front desk staff incredibly friendly and helpful, however.”

”This was our second stay at the hotel. On our arrival we reported that the heating in the room wasn't working and were told that someone from mantainance would come to look at it. As nobody attended, we reported it again first in the morning only to find out that by the time we returned in the early evening, the heater still didn't work. We had to report it a third time before they made it right .”

”The room was big enough with enough hanging and drawer space. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. Everything was immaculately clean. Our room was at the back so it was very quiet The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We could not have asked anything more of this hotel.”

”Check in was great, polite and efficient. The room was OK. Breakfast Saturday was ok but below the normal standard of a Holiday Inn Express. Sunday the breakfast and service was dreadful. Saturday morning we had no teaspoons but Sunday, there were no plates, no knives or forks. The sausages were anemic, completely undercooked, there were no hash browns, no beans, no scrambled egg. The tables weren't being cleared, when the plates did eventually turn up after a long wait we then find that...

”The complementary hand soap and shampoo containers were empty upon my arrival and did not get refilled when I brought it to their attention. On the other hand they provided me with lots of ice and decaffeinated tea when requested.”

”Simple but good for the purpose (overnight stay during a long trip).”

”We adored our stay and wish we had more time to spend here. What a wonderful country setting in a traditional B &B. Beautiful chapel views from our room which also overlooked a sweet field with sheep. We were welcomed at the door and bid goodbye personally. The cooked to order breakfast was wonderful and thoughtfully prepared and laid out. We would love to return if we are lucky enough to do so. True gem!!! Suzie and Wes from Oregon.”

”Lovely hotel. Nice clean and modern rooms. And the pool and spa were great.”

”Very nice stay and good breakfast. Very comfortable bed.”

”The property was gorgeous. Sally allowed us early check. Perfect location for Warwick House Weddings. Highly recommended ❤️”
