âStayed the one night for a visit to Kew Gardens. Hotel is a lovely pub located perfectly for visitors of the Gardens. Tube is nice and close by too so was easy to get to with over night bags. Receptionist was lovely and really helpful. We arrived well before check in, so they took our bags in to the luggage store and then moved them to our room for when we returned. We stayed on the ground floor, rooms were beautiful and so quiet, would not think you were staying in a pub. We only booked for bed...

âThis is a perfect accommodation when exploring both Richmond and London. The tube station is just few minutes away and takes roughly 45mins to central London.
The hotel itself is so well managed; everything super clean and neat. Service was outstanding all the way. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but coffee was good :)
The room itself was very small, but we dod not need much more space as we mainly just slept there.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit London, but...
âTheir check in process is so easy! You can do it yourself through self-service machines they have in the lobby. If you get stuck, the personnel is prompt and kind to offer assistance.
The location is amazing with public transportation right in front of the hotel.
The food was pretty good and not outrageously pricy for a hotel.
If I get another chance to go to London, I'm definitely staying there again.â

âWe had the most enjoyable stay at this hotel. Hotel staff were just amazing, the reception ladies went out of their way to make my sons birthday memorable with balloons, card and a little gift. This was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again in this hotel.â

âVietin 11v ja 16v lasteni kanssa tÀÀllĂ€ neljĂ€ yötĂ€. Hotellin sijainti oli tarpeisiimme loistava. Metrolle 5 min. ja bussipysĂ€kki melkein hotellin edessĂ€.
Alueella oli mukava tunnelma, siistiÀ, vehreÀÀ, kivijalkakauppoja ja paljon hyviÀ ruokapaikkoja.
Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystÀvÀllistÀ ja palvelualtista. Hotellihuone oli keskustan hotelleihin verrattuna tilavan oloinen ja siellÀ oli tosi siistiÀ. SisÀilma-astmaatikkona en oireillut tÀÀllÀ ollenkaan. Ajoittaisista hellelukemista huolimatta...

âBeautiful, modern and stylish hotel. Location is great as there are several tube stations and bus stops nearby and Westfield shopping center just around the corner.
Room was nice and super clean and the decor was lovely. Sadly, the bed is quite narrow which means that is was difficult for two people to sleep. There was only one duvet, but thankfully we got another one. The room is quite small, so it's not suitable for larger family.

Kissoja pyörii kĂ€ytĂ€villĂ€ lievĂ€sti pissa haisee ja matoja nousee suihkun kaivosta. Siistit vessat englantilaiseksi majataloksi. Turhia kalusteita huone tĂ€ynnĂ€.â

âSo i have given everything on this hotel and my stay in this place 5 stars all around. Tge reason for this is because for Value for money considering its London its really good especially with parking slots and the train station just down the road like a 3 minute walk. The staff were really good and helpful i didnt feel i needed anything more for the amount this cost me. Thank you to the gentleman who were at reception and were a friendly bunch. "We enjoyed our time in London! Hotel war great: nice room and breakfast in the morning. We were able to keep our luggage in luggage room of the hotel after check out. This made the last day of the trip easier for us. "
