”Friendly and welcoming service, comfortable bed with soft sheets, best breakfast!”

”Rooms are spacious, wonderfully appointed with soft robes and good coffee. Very comfortable beds. The location is perfect, close to shops, spas, breweries, restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. ”

”Staff was great, room was very nice. Our only complaint was there were only two coffee pods for the coffee maker and no condiments. There were four of us staying in the room, would have been nice to wake up and have a cup of coffee for everyone. ”

”The location of this hotel is great if you’re going to a concert at the auditorium. It’s also in a safe neighborhood with plenty of dining and shopping options. However, the area beside it has space for semi trucks to load in during the night. You can hear them backing up and beeping, which is annoying. If you’re a light sleeper, you may want to skip this hotel. ”

”The Moxy was clean and fun! It’s in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are small. I wish there was coffee in the room rather than having to go down to the lobby for it. We enjoyed the welcome cocktail! I would definitely recommend the Moxy.”

”We travel as a family with two dogs. We have stayed at this embassy three times and love it. We have never had an issue. It is clean, has a wonderful breakfast, and is in walking distance of downtown attractions.”

”Breakfast was sonething different each morning. Fresh fruit, meat, frittata, coffee, juice were all excellent. Room was veey comfortable and we appreciate the upgrade where we had our own porch.”

”Concierge lady had no idea what parking options were. Suggested we do street parking then said never mind it’s only 2 hrs. We arrived and she never confirmed the location just responded “I hope so” to us saying “I hope we’re in the right spot.” She did nothing to help either of us. Esp my mother with her bags, which wouldn’t be an issue, but she said it was her job prior. No front desk staff available upon check-in for a while. Housekeeping always left items behind. Other than that great food!”

”This hotel is right in downtown Asheville, near wonderful restaurants & terrific art collections, also the shops on Lexington Avenue. You can walk to everything (but need to drive to Biltmore Estate.) Haywood Park hotel was an historic Bon Marche department store so the rooms are spacious as are the hallways. Extremely helpful staff. Do be aware that if you have a car you will be required to use their Valet Parking which I mistakenly thought was $22 per day but which in fact was $22 every time...
