Check in was a little clumsy as the ‘front’ desk is actually in a separate bldg and the clerk had to check 3 separate groups in at the same time and then walk us all to our bldgs and rooms. Seems like they need an additional person working the check in area during peak times (this was ~5pm).”

”My grandson & I took a getaway to visit the Biltmore House! We chose this Hotel after reading the nice reviews and about how clean everything is. We didn't feel disappointed after we'd walked in and looked around. Unfortunately, the front desk lady was less than friendly. After we were took our bags to our room & laid back on the beds to take a pause after our long drive, we discovered... The pillows in our assigned room were below any standard of pillows we ever experienced. They appeared...
