”Well kept and amazing staff”

”Room wasn’t ready at 4:00 PM checkout time. We were tired from long drive and had to attend function at 6:00 and staff wasn’t ready to give alternate room. Had to wait. Also, retained $20 for incidental but didn’t explain. ”

”The room we booked was NOTHING like the description on the site. One king bed and one pull out sofa that was supposed to be a full, however it was a twin. Couldn’t walk through the room with the pull out open. Room too small for one adult and one child and it was advertised to fit 4 people. Expedia online staff were difficult to deal with, couldn’t get a refund, couldn’t switch rooms and couldn’t change hotels. Absolutely horrendous customer service”

”The room and grounds appear clean. The room is pet friendly and upon entering the room there was dog poop under one of the beds. The cracks of the couch and chair had food crumbs and that tells me they aren’t very extensive with the cleaning. Although it had a “full sized” kitchen, the stove wan not functional and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. ”Property staff was always attentive and/or cleaning! Carpet in the main walkways are torn and there is no elevator. I didn't get any breakfast. Other than that, space in the split level room with large area for office/work, 2 queen beds upstairs, small kitchenette, fridge, microwave and 1.5 bedrooms was ample! Also the location near highway, grocery and restaurant worked for me.”

”There was a musty smell and the property is under renovation with enough signs to let us know. I wasn't aware of the construction while booking. So I cut short my stay from 5 days to 1 day after informing property manager on duty, because I was in after 1am due to flight delay. Property manager was more curious about if I had pets (I didn't), than about my conveniences. In the morning, I wasn't told of breakfast.”

”Roomy room. Average amenities with good restaurant. Breakfast had a fair selection. Front desk staff was limited and poor service. Room lacked towels and when towels requested none were provided. Would properly not go back since there are many hotels in the area.”

”We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel the room could have been cleaner the sheets were hanging outside the blankets as if they weren’t changed! (One bed) breakfast was amazing, staff was courteous because our stay was short we didn’t complain.”
