”The rooms are clean however the cooling/heating units are very very loud, hard to use and WELL used. Some of the buttons are worn through. For what they charge, close to or over $100.00 for a room, I would expect all the outlets to be fuctionable. Room 122 and 121 both have outlet issues, as in only one works and it is not the one by the bed.
Other than those issues it functioned well for my needs, unfortunately it is the only one in Castle Rock during the summer that is remotely affordable.”

”the centers of the floor were clean. staff ignored people as the spoke very little English. Breakfast was very good the girl was clean and kept the area up well. the air conditioning and heat worked well as it was 6 inches of snow one day and 72 degrees the next. the girl at the front desk was always on her phone texting and the coffee area that a guest destroyed one afternoon stayed a mess until the next shift. i watched another guest slide across the floor she barely looked up. many guests...

”Sadly they did not have privacy or blackout curtains, only a thin veil of transparent white curtain. As a result, people walking in and out of the backdoor could see into my first floor room.
