”The hotel was alright for a quick stay. They were definitely understaffed, typically one or two people in the lobby regardless of how many people were checking in or eating breakfast. The breakfast was not great. The food did not look appetizing (I realize it’s a hotel breakfast, but it was honestly worse than others I’ve had).”

”First of all, the staff is very rude. They have no urgency to do anything. They’ll let you stand in the front without even acknowledging you. The breakfast is disgusting. It reminds me of a shelter the ones you watch online where they watch you get the food you have to put your name down and it’s just a open area. ”This was the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever had , the bathroom was spotless and the beds were the most comfortable beds ever!! ”

”All staff members were respectful, courteous, and kind. The hotel is clean. However, upgrades/renovations are badly needed. The room was very spacious, but the tiny bathroom didn't even have space to hang towels. It is super small with thick paint (walls painted over and over) peeling off. There was barely room to turn around in the bathroom. I recommend renovating and using some of the useless space in the room for bathroom space. And also, not having a night club attached to the hotel. The...

”I arrived at the hotel after driving for 12 hours for them to say they didn’t accept my debit card, so I asked if I could use my credit card and was still turned away. The lady points out a sign that says affective August first with NO YEAR, I said August of what year and she says 2025. I said oh because it doesn’t have a year on it. Then I contacted Expedia and I still couldn’t get accommodations so I spent the night in my vehicle until the morning 👎”

”The front desk staff we're great to deal with. They were professional and friendly and I was able to joke around with them and they return the favor. We only had one dinner in the restaurant and the food was very very good as was the service. I can't comment on breakfast since I didn't partake of that option. We found the room to be both spacious and clean.”
