”We experienced a number of problems with this property. The elevator (there's just one) was out of service, and we were told there were no more ground floor rooms available. The hallway to the staircase smelled terrible, and the floor of the stairwell was very dirty. My husband walking to breakfast several employees talking loudly and one in particular saying crude things that my husband would like to unhear. So inappropriate! We were charged $10 for parking, even though the hotel is not...

”Very outdated property. Nothing like the pictures. The shuttle was so late and drove past us the first time then I had to call again to get them to come back to pick us up from the airport. Beds are very uncomfortable. The rooms had leak spots on the ceiling.”

”When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking me a new reservation and also gave me a discount. The room had a slight odor but seemed to be clean. there was no telephone In the room the landing leading to the room, there were several people sitting out there smoking cigarettes, and the smell was going throughout the property. other than that It wasn't that bad for the price.”
