”LOUD TRAFFIC NOISE. MOTORCYCLES RACING THUR THE STREET. COULD NOT REST. MOTEL WAS CLEAN”

”IMMACULATE. Do not hesitate on booking this one. This was seriously the greatest hotel experience I have had in my entire life. As a Chattanooga resident, I can honestly say that this is absolutely the best hotel to stay at for the perfect Chattanooga experience. The hotel room was so cozy a comfortable that I truly did not want to leave. The pool and courtyards were beautiful. The train cars and easy access to EVERYTHING at the Choo Choo made everything so easy and just had the coolest vibe...

”The thing I loved most was a huge breakfast they serve everyday!! It was amazing! Eggs sausage pancakes, homemade cinnamon rolls(hot), any kind of bread and toaster , gravy and biscuit , yogurt any flavor, cereal, three kinds of juice, fresh coffee, creamer. Parking was a little issue but wouldn’t keep me from staying there again.”

”The hotel looked good on the outside but the elevator was on its last leg. The room smelled awful and there's no way I would shower in the bathroom. The tub was falling apart. It seemed clean on the surface and the staff was very nice.”

”This is a low budget motel, so with these you don't expect things to be fancy. I had a very nice quiet two nights stay here and things were excellent. My room was clean, and the staff was very friendly. I had an easy entrance and exit to my first four room from the back to get in and out with my dogs. They had a surprisingly nice well appointed breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage , oatmeal, cereal, and muffins. I would highly rate my stay here!”

”1 hour prior to arriving, continuing a 8 plus hour drive from Florida, I had inadvertently ran into several reviews from other sites stating that the facility has had issues with bugs and rodents along with pictures of their findings. I had not looked at other sites reviews for this facility prior to booking. I’ve learned my lesson. I contacted Sparks hotel requesting to cancel reservation and they said they would not refund. We decided to drive there and check it out ourselves. Facility was not...

”Property and balcony was excellent. Parking is valet only for 30$; not terrible but not called out.”

”Overall disappointing stay. I have never stayed at a Marriott property where the bed squeaked , creaked and rattled as this bed did. Oddly enough , a table next to the bed also made similar noises eveytime you put something on it. There were articles of clothing under the bed from a previous stay. I utilized the valet parking, asked for it to be on my hotel bill (3rdparty service), which it was. Unfortunately, the 3rd party contractor also charged y card. Took a while but did get a refund....

”The staff was excellent and the Hotel is located within most of the popular restaurants and entertainment in the downtown area. The Hotel is being renovated right now, but is expected to be completed by August. Even with the construction going on now the Hotel was still very clean and accommodating.”

”I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The front desk staff were helpful and thankfully were able to accommodate my early check in, which kind of saved my weekend after a long red-eye flight. The room itself, while nothing fancy, was large, clean and comfortable. The bed was surprisingly comfy. I tend to not sleep well in hotels because the pillows are either too firm or too squishy, but honestly the pillows were pretty perfect. The location is pretty convenient as well. I doubt I'll be...
