”I had issues (twice...) with the codes not working when trying to enter my room which made me feel unsafe especially when this happened midnight. Reception is not open after 10pm so I received help via Whatsapp and staff was helpful. Other things that lower my rating were the metal beds that made a lot of noise. Also the whole floor only had 2 showers working. I have never had to wait to shower in hostel before. I wish toilets had more hooks to put towels/clothes in and rooms had mirrors....

”Das Zimmer war super! Sehr bequemes Bett, sehr gute moderne Dusche, sauber ruhig und entspannt (trotz Klimaanlage auf dem Nachbardach). Das Frühstück ist gut und ideal für Grab & Go - es gibt keine warmen Speisen aber alles, was es dort gibt, hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Lage ist sehr gut: sicher und gut angebunden. ”

”We got corner room on 18th floor with great view towards the bay. I warmly recommend to pay some extra for that! Room was in great condition and clean. Bed was perfect with two set of pillows (soft & firm). Location was good, Nob hill cable car end station is just around the corner. However, for people in good condition it takes approx 30-40 minutes to walk to Fisherman’s Wharf. We were very happy to our two nights staying in this hotel.”

”The room was spacious and clean! Bedding was very nice and comfortable. The location was central and close to the Opera House which was the reason for our visit. We did have a hard time finding a restaurant close by after the performance and ended up eating next door to the hotel at Mel's. Not exactly a meal to remember but it honestly wasn't bad. Parking garage was very convenient and dare I say affordable at $49 with in/out priledges. I would definitely stay at the Courtyard location again! ”

”The front desk staff both AM and PM were sooo amazing! The ambiance is SO FUN, the rooms are modest but the pillows were so comfy and the linens were fresh and clean. We didn't gumb much time in the room since we were in the city to have fun!! Every staff member was so Helpful, Accomodating and great warm personalities. Thank you !!! ”

”Lack of friendliness except in restaurant. We had breakfast included but we had to still argue with four different people. No buffet no fruits. Prices are insane. Garage 75 per day plus taxes”
