”I felt the staff were friendly and the property was really nice and comfortable.The only thing I felt a little problematic was the location . Its really difficult to get Ola or Uber during rush hours. Rest everything was upto the mark.”

”hotel is very convinently situated near the government Lifts and Hotel has lifts which leads to The Mall Road .This hotel is however not good for people having disability and you have to climb steep stairs to reach the way to the Lobby /Reception.Newly renovated rooms in New Wing do not have any view.”

”Initially I had reservations about the location of this hotel as it seemed a bit of a way from the main town, however it is an easy and enjoyable walk to the town along a quiet and picturesque road above the hotel. It's also a quick and cheap taxi ride. All in all I was very happy with the location as it meant I saw views I might not otherwise have seen. The hotel itself was excellent. ”Hotel is good - clean rooms, the bathrooms are also very clean. The approach to the hotel from Mall Rd is not very easy - lot of stairs to go down and up. Also the surroundings outside the hotel are not very clean. The hotel itself is very nice.”

”L'hôtel est très correct avec une vue géniale sur les montagnes. C'est simple mais tout à fait correct. C'est mis que c'est à 2 minutes de Christ church, mais en fait c'est à 10 minutes, par une montée bien raide. Ça ne nous a pas gênés, mais je pense que c'est important de le savoir. ”
