The property was immaculately clean and all efforts had been made to keep the guests' needs and wants met. We probably will stay at Pleasanton again and we heartily recommend it!!

”Not a single issue here. Breakfast was delicious, room was clean, staff was friendly (our key card wasn’t working at first and they had to fix that for us but still very nice), AC kept us a comfortable temperature at night. Will definitely stay here again next time we go to the GA renaissance festival :)”

”Stay away from this place. This hotel is not dirty, it is filthy. Tile floors were so sticky that had to use force to get shoes off them and the carpet was filthy. The front desk staff didn't understand English and I had to wait 45 minutes because he didn't understand that I needed a shuttle from the airport, not to the airport. The airport shuttle driver was the only person in this hotel that did his job well. I travel a lot and spend dozens of nights per year in hotels, this is the worst hotel...
