”Not the first time I stayed there. Was an excellent stay before so that is why I picked it again. Very clean with a great staff.”

”Parking was easy. Staff polite and attentive. Breakfast had hot and cold choices as good as highly rated hotels, clean and inviting. ”

”Pretty standard. Rooms were nice and clean, but they didn’t clean the room during our stay. Most of the outlets and USB ports in the room did not work. Pool was also out of order, and they ran out of half of the breakfast items quickly.”

”There was an issue with the key system which meant all keys issues had to be master keys. As you can imagine, this is not ideal.”

The property was immaculately clean and all efforts had been made to keep the guests' needs and wants met. We probably will stay at Pleasanton again and we heartily recommend it!! ”

”Stay away from this place. This hotel is not dirty, it is filthy. Tile floors were so sticky that had to use force to get shoes off them and the carpet was filthy. The front desk staff didn't understand English and I had to wait 45 minutes because he didn't understand that I needed a shuttle from the airport, not to the airport. The airport shuttle driver was the only person in this hotel that did his job well. I travel a lot and spend dozens of nights per year in hotels, this is the worst hotel...

”The room key didn’t work the first time, went back to the front desk. I told her that I could hear the tv on in the room so more than likely occupied. She gave us a new key and said try again. Back up the elevator and still it didn’t work. Third time a new room. The carpets are old and dirty both in & out of the room. Breakfast area clean and sufficient stuff to pick from.”

”The outside was very pretty but OMG the inside was terrible. It seemed more like a hourly use hotel. We had booked a king room but when we arrived we were given a queen bed. Floor was sticky, bed was very uncomfortable and very squeaky. The cabinets in the room were very old and scratched up. There was a huge heart shaped tub in the bedroom, not clean looking. It was unreal how bad it was but we were so tired and had to get up very early for a flight and decided to suck it up. We left to...

”The hotel was a mess. The room and lobby smell to weed allover. The furniture was rotten and the complete hotel was dirty. There was a lot of noise between rooms. A/C was not working properly. I will never stay there again.”
