”Stay away from this place. This hotel is not dirty, it is filthy. Tile floors were so sticky that had to use force to get shoes off them and the carpet was filthy. The front desk staff didn't understand English and I had to wait 45 minutes because he didn't understand that I needed a shuttle from the airport, not to the airport. The airport shuttle driver was the only person in this hotel that did his job well. I travel a lot and spend dozens of nights per year in hotels, this is the worst hotel...

”The front desk woman Monica was great, we had some sugar ants in the first room, so she changed us to another room. The conversation was helpful and she was very apologetic. The breakfast attendant Amy was also helpful!! I’m not able to eat any fake sugars, and I was worried about the yogurt that they had there as it wasn’t labeled. Amy went above and beyond to find all ingredients in the yogurt, just to make sure that I was able to eat it with no problems. This is also one of the only hotels...
