”The property was nice. The rooms were very cute! Housekeeping on the first day didn’t clean our room because they said I had a do not disturb sign (it was on another room two doors down) the front desk agent even called me to verify that I wanted our room cleaned and I said yes and she asked about the sign, I said I don’t have a sign on our room. Again that’s on another room. It seemed no one knew how to check room numbers. We were gone all day and we come back and room isn’t cleaned at all. I...

”I love ALL Staybridge Suite Hotels, but this one is AMAZING! Full buffet breakfast ( included in room price), Social Hour providing 2 alcohol/drinks to each guest of age- provided M-W in the evening around 5:30 -7 pm. Fully stocked kitchenette including stainless steel full size fridge, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, flatware and a cooktop stove with 2 burners. ( there is a trick to turning them on, so just ask the staff) . My room had a balcony with 2 chairs/small table... Most impressive...

The main disappointment was the timing of our trip (Memorial Day week). A lot of baseball families stay there due to the Cal Ripkin Experience being on the hill right above the hotel. ”Nice an d clean in a pleasant location. Nice pool. On our arrival , as we did not know the area we asked the reception staff about the area and where to visit etc, she was uninterested in helping us and not very pleasant. Most of the staff seemed miserable, with a few exceptions.”

”We had a very nice stay at the Inn at Apple Valley is Sevierville. The location is central too many attractions and restaurants. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable with everything you need, hair dryer, iron, refrigerator, coffee. We enjoyed having a balcony to sit on to enjoy fresh air and the serene view of the apple orchard across the road. We enjoyed having the peace and quiet. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety of choices. And the coffee was very delicious!!”
