”Loved my stay here. Took my son and two of my grandkids for just a short get away. The property was very clean and nice. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the stay very much and my grandkids had a blast. Would definitely stay here again!”

”Gym is good, has a cable machine, free weights, benches, and cardio equipment. Breakfast was top tier for a free included meal. Pool area always stocked with towels and clean, even had some pool toys. The area is also great away from the craziness of pigeon forge so a nice place to relax after a busy day. Rooms were clean, well maintained, and well equipped. I'd absolutely stay again”

”The hotel was exquisite! Beautiful views! Will come back. Only complaint is that when we checked in, our room was supposed to have a private balcony. The picture on Expedia was a misrepresentation of the actual room we received. Our room was on the bottom floor by the pool. I was gonna make a big fuss about it but chose not to. Other than that, had a great stay.”

”This was the best stay I've had in a long time. It was clean, spacious, and the host was very attentive. The dryer had alot of lent in the exhaust and we told them. Within the hour the vent was cleaned out. Absolutely would stay here again when we come back Pigeon Forge.”

”The area was in the middle off all the areas we plan to visit. Upon arriving I had to wait 30mins after 3pm to check in, once inside our room the room was full of crumbs left on the counter tops and lots of greasy finger and Hand marks every where, had a sweaty smell. I did go back to the front desk to request for the maid to clean our room the areas that where not cleaned out from what I believe was from them rushing to be out so we can check in.
