Housekeeping on the first day didn’t clean our room because they said I had a do not disturb sign (it was on another room two doors down) the front desk agent even called me to verify that I wanted our room cleaned and I said yes and she asked about the sign, I said I don’t have a sign on our room. Again that’s on another room. It seemed no one knew how to check room numbers. We were gone all day and we come back and room isn’t cleaned at all. I...

”I love ALL Staybridge Suite Hotels, but this one is AMAZING! Full buffet breakfast ( included in room price), Social Hour providing 2 alcohol/drinks to each guest of age- provided M-W in the evening around 5:30 -7 pm. Fully stocked kitchenette including stainless steel full size fridge, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, flatware and a cooktop stove with 2 burners. ( there is a trick to turning them on, so just ask the staff) . My room had a balcony with 2 chairs/small table... Most impressive...

”Nice an d clean in a pleasant location. Nice pool. On our arrival , as we did not know the area we asked the reception staff about the area and where to visit etc, she was uninterested in helping us and not very pleasant. Most of the staff seemed miserable, with a few exceptions.”

”We had a very nice stay at the Inn at Apple Valley is Sevierville. The location is central too many attractions and restaurants. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable with everything you need, hair dryer, iron, refrigerator, coffee. We enjoyed having a balcony to sit on to enjoy fresh air and the serene view of the apple orchard across the road. We enjoyed having the peace and quiet. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety of choices. And the coffee was very delicious!!”

”My stay was very disappointing. The first room I was given was not clean and had a strong sewage odor. The upstairs main room’s air conditioner was not working properly, making the room uncomfortable. I purchased the penthouse suite expecting a private bedroom with a door, as shown in the advertised photos, but that was not what I received. The stairs were very shaky and did not feel stable or safe. After being moved to a second room, I continued to experience issues. The door was difficult to...

”The Mountain View was amazing! We were able to see a firework display from our balcony. The resort is very well kept and we had an option of swimming in 3 different pools all located on site. We also were in significant range from the attractions estimated between 7-11 minutes.”

”We had a condo overlooking the creek and with a view of the mountains. It was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The in-room fireplace was also a romantic touch. The location is excellent if you like peace and nature, but still being only a block away from the main strip of restaurants and activities. RiverStone is also very close to Dollywood and Dolly's Stampede theater. We found it well worth the cost and will be back next time...
