”Upon entering the room, it was clear that the floors were dirty. The kind of dirty that forces you to wear shoes whenever you weren’t in bed. We presented our concerns to the front desk and they were apologetic and scheduled a “Full Service” cleaning for that day. We also asked for two additional towels as there were only two in the room. We were instructed to find one of the cleaning staff and ask them for more towels. Off to the beach we went for the day and when we returned, NOTHING had been...

”The hotel is convenient while visiting Legoland. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our refrigerator was not turned on when we arrived.”

”The room was clean but lacked any amenities, no tissues, no lotion, no closet, no extra pillows, no ironing board or iron. Very sparse with furniture.”

”The Seabird was an excellent stay! The whole hotel is a vibe. The staff is friendly, the location is awesome- a short walk down to the beach, the pier and the area where you can easily find dining (recommend Odies pizza) & small shops. While the $50 daily valet parking was a bit steep, it made me feel secure to have hotel staff take care of it. On the beach, they have a cool metal camper where you can walk up and they provide you with free beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, boogie boards...

”Great beachfront hotel with all the checked amenities..Rooftop bar and pool were nice but over crowded. A larger pool would be nice if allowed space were available . Fantastic restaurant on sight VALLE. Enjoy some slumber”

”Hotelli oli meidän tukikohta lomamme alkumatkalle Etelä-Kaliforniassa. Sijainniltaan hotelli mahdollisti niin päiväreissut San Diegoon ja Anahaimiin. Allasalue ei ole järin suuri, mutta palveli hyvin meidän käyttötarkoituksia. Aamupala oli myös ok lisä yöpymiseen. ”

”I will admit staying at the Legoland Hotel was a bit pricey but the kids loved it and the convenience of being right next to the park was great.”

”Check in staff was not very warm and welcoming. My room did not have a view as described . Obstructed view of an overgrown tree . Room door was broke and door lock Was jammed. Was like pulling to get a room change .”

”Amenities were perfect, including the pool and breakfast! Staff at front desk could have improved, being a silver member I’ve never been denied a water even after checking in, but two members of staff on two different occasions denied handing me a bottle of water. Aside from that, hotel has the best location due to its close proximity to Legoland (8min drive), outlets (6min drive) and many other hotspots.”
