”This is an amazing property. I stay here every time I come to this area and it never disappoints me. The staff is the friendliest I’ve ever met. The breakfast is incredible. So many options. The rooms were clean. I just love it here. Great job”
”Customer service was top notch! In a world like today, when customer service is at an all-time low due to the nature of things, this hotel, seemingly never forgot and really stepped it up! We stayed here as a part of a longer trip and everyone could see that I had my hands full with my two toddlers. Everyone was so kind and made me feel so comforted, even though my kids were running a muck.”
”We had to stay at a hotel unexpectedly when we got home from a long trip. I chose this hotel because it had a high rating and was in a great location for what we had to do the next day. We were extremely happy with the comfort of the room, including a really nice bed and bedding, really comfortable pillows. That’s what impressed me most, but the overall ambiance of the hotel was very positive.”

”Very clean hotel, convenient as it’s downtown but very pricey. 25. Complimentary Snacks in lobby. Valet parking only which was annoying given the price we paid for the room. Rooms are small but comfortable. Had hairdryer, iron, closet space. Overal, I was most impressed with the bed (firm) and the pillows. A bad bed and pillows will ruin the sleep. Didn’t have that problem here. Will stay again if back in Eugene. Had t been to Eugene in over 30 years and can’t believe how congested and built up...
”10/10! This place was clean and easy to find with the provided instructions. Parking was a little tough as the alleyway wasn’t very visible (we came in at 11:30pm) however once we found the painted numbers in the lot we were great! Walkable, convenient and a decent space for what we needed. If you are a light sleeper, this is near the train and it does run frequently. ”
