”Very friendly staff in a great location. Property is older but very clean and well kept. Very quiet throughout the night and we loved having a balcony, which I believe is included with every room. Nice hot shower and plenty of towels. Beautiful common area with fireplace and games overlooking lake and mountains. ”

”Great drinks and Food at Mignon’s bar, Jackson is a great bar tender! Joseph and Elijah were excellent servers in Mignon’s and the food was great! Nice big pool!”

”The staff were friendly and breakfast was good. I don’t get having a resort fee for a hotel. When asked it was explained that it covered breakfast, parking, and some other incidentals. My problem with this is that the hotel description said “free breakfast and free parking.” This amount should have just been included in the total cost and take off the “free.” Also, the floor in our room was mighty dirty. When walking across it, my feet were black (right out of the shower).”

”Property was okay but nothing special. I believe it used to be a chain hotel that has been acquired and remodeled and reopened. The remodel/update looks to have been minimal at best. Lots of visible signs of wear and tear. It was not terrible, filthy or uncomfortable but just needs lots of attention to make it a place that you want to visit again on your next trip to the area. ”

”The bathroom has a terrible odor. The ice machine was not working, the front door was closed and had to find an alternative door to get it ”
