”Tv did not work”

”Hotel and rooms smelt lovely/refreshing, extremely clean… realizing that it has only been open 1 month, I’m sure a few kinks will be worked out. The first is the TV use and availability of streaming (It was not set up for Netflix, Prime, etc). Secondly, there really should be a microwave in the rooms. We went out to eat and could not bring leftovers back to reheat so I had to throw away 1/2 of a 30$ meal. Last thing to add is instructions on phone and TV use would be helpful. No complaints, just...

”First time in New Orleans and this hotel was perfect. Very elegant and centrally located to everything you want to do in the French Quarter. Only downside is the rooms are on the smaller side but everything about this hotel was great. Will definitely be staying here next time I visit”

”The room was clean, bed was clean, the sofa couch was very dirty with stains. The refrigerator was one that was just dropped there and plugged in. The shower had a hand held shower but the holder was broke and it was hanging on the floor. The window shade was broken and I had to use my suitcase to roll it up and hold it so I could get some daylight in the room. Pool: needed to be cleaned, towels on the floor and a old wet pizza box was on the trash can. The hotel had a nice breakfast in the...

”I loved the location of the property. It was about 15 minutes away from the airport and the port. There are a bunch of stores, restaurants and a movie theater in walking distance. Breakfast was served in the morning, It was ok. Area was really small for the amount of guest though. The tub in our room needed glazing but the beds were very comfortable. The shuttle to the port was $16. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re cruising the next day.”

”The hotel was relatively new. The staff was so friendly and I appreciated the dinner recommendations (Marco’s Pizza). Beds were comfortable, bathroom was roomy, and the whole place smelled so wonderful! I really love their soaps and shampoos- great smelling stuff! If we’re in the area, we’ll stay again for sure!”
