”I really liked the room set-up. I remember when the hotel was first built around 2023-24 and it looked so modern. This was our first stay. We stayed on the 3rd floor and could hear every footstep our upstairs neighbors made and I mean EVERY FOOT STEP. Also, we could hear people talking as they walked by our room, like our door was open. terrible sound-proofing on the ceiling and door. The hotel was clean and smelled good and the breakfast was awesome. If I were to stay again, I would ask...

VIP beverage is just Costco water… Housekeeping not consistent even when specifically requested. Room was either partially cleaned on one ocassion or not cleaned on another. Breakfast is slightly better than average, for US standards…”

”I went for Essence Festival weekend. The hospitality was Excellent! I had room service done and I had a necklace in a towel that was accidentally picked up by the lady who serviced my room.. I called the front desk , they got on it and found it! I will definitely stay again! Great location! Parking was very convenient as well.”
