”The closeness of the location made it easy to walk to any restaurant in the French quarter but the electronic phone hotel card had defects the whole time to the point we had to request a physical copy. The staff was helpful and courteous.”

”I really liked the room set-up. I remember when the hotel was first built around 2023-24 and it looked so modern. This was our first stay. We stayed on the 3rd floor and could hear every footstep our upstairs neighbors made and I mean EVERY FOOT STEP. Also, we could hear people talking as they walked by our room, like our door was open. terrible sound-proofing on the ceiling and door. The hotel was clean and smelled good and the breakfast was awesome. If I were to stay again, I would ask...

”This place was perfect . Very quiet and peaceful and we stopped at Cory’s a restaurant right next door with live music on a Sunday night! It was so fun!”

”Great location, great main facilities. Gym needs more equiment, especially functional training and mobility gear. VIP beverage is just Costco water… Housekeeping not consistent even when specifically requested. Room was either partially cleaned on one ocassion or not cleaned on another. Breakfast is slightly better than average, for US standards…”

”Didn’t enjoy myself. Felt dirty. And completely inconvenient. I got there 4 min before check in and they wanted to charge me $40 early check in. Of course I just waited. But then there was a line in the elevators were awful and hard to get through. The pool area is dirty but as for as check-in, if your room is ready, they should let you go in. It would help with the elevator congestion..”
