”A genuinely special place to stay. The setup was cosy and self-contained, with views of both the sea and across the garden, complete with horses! The cream tea waiting for us on arrival was such a lovely touch after the long drive, and the fresh croissants were a simple addition we appreciated every day. The hosts kept things fresh and tidy without ever being intrusive, which struck just the right balance. It's the kind of stay that feels looked after in a personal way you don't often find....

”Staff were lovely but the property needs a lot of TLC. The bathroom is tiny but well equipped. Good location for st Michael's Mount but not much else nearby. Bonus was, they offered breakfast included but we weren't hungry enough for a full English breakfast 😟”

If you want a unique country style cottage just for you and your family or friends, then this is your choice. ”We stayed at several places and this was another good one, but, keep in mind that: 1. You need to prebook a parking space. it will be an extra charge ~ £9 2. Also, prebook the restaurant for dinner. They can't guarantee guests a table 3 they automatically at a 10% gratuity on dinner bills, it says optional on the check Recommend.”

”Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall.
