”Very nice hotel at a good price in a downtown Richmond location. The desk staff were super nice and very helpful. They have a very interesting elevator system where you touch the screen for the floor you want. When we were in the parking garage, it took me a while to figure out how to get to the lobby (which has its own logo at the bottom of the numbers). ”The property is in a great downtown location near restaurants and other attractions. Very clean, large rooms, lovely furnishings. The restaurant had closed the week before our stay and we weren’t aware, but great local options were very close by. Otherwise our stay was great.”

”Our room was okay. However, the shower gel was empty. Couldn’t even get a squirt out of it. Maid service was only every three days, which was fine but on the third day, all they did was empty the trash and put fresh towels in the room. Didn’t make the bed, shower gel wasn’t filled. The “free” breakfast was a joke.”

”Terrible stay. Stay far away. TV being stolen from neaighbor Hotel cant shut it off or you lose connection. One towel per room an old one at that. Front desk was not plesant to deal with and to top it off, 6th floor room elevator was out of service. Not worth the time or money. ”

”Pros The facility is new, clean, and close to the airport. The buffet is satisfying and the weekend lady attendant at the buffet is very sweet and helpful and cheerful. Parking is plentiful and there are restaurants, stores and fast food nearby. Cons- the walls are paper-thin. We heard everyone and everything. We could hear one neighbor on a zoom call and literally understood everything he said. We could hear housekeeping in the hallway and another neighbor’s tv show and we could even tell...
