"Always our go to family hotel whenever we are in South Wales. Clean facilities, top of the range customer service. The breakfast is also very exemplary with lots of options only downside is felt like they were rationing some of the pastries as every time we went to get some croissants they were gone ..."

"The hotel is a little dated but with good facilities. Two things let it down. The room on the ground floor had no aircon on the hottest day of the year. The windows can barely open and let any fresh air and provide no privacy. Finally, there is an unacceptable and very expensive charge for the car ..."
