The vacation rental was very clean.

I will list my experience as simply as possible without deciding who is to blame.1. The golf cart was not functional and remained so for three days. I put in brake fluid ad water, but did not have tools to repair battery connections.2. The furnishings were from the 1950's. Were very uncomfortable and not structurally sound.3. Kitchen was poorly supplied and many pots and pans were worn thru the coatings to bare metal. Thus many were not serviceable.4. 2nd bedroom bed had broken particle board between mattress and pad and 2x4's under mattress to strengthen the apparently broken box springs.5. Down Home personell came out three times for golf cart and washing machine. They were very Professional, knowledgeable and helpful.6. The unit was less than a year old, but the location was so remote. We could not really rely on the golf cart to go any distance. Some service personnel could not locate the site on the first attempt.Generally,the house was very nice ,including the decorating, but the furniture left much to be desired.We only rented for one month, so I expected to pay more, but really feel this unit was over priced.
