There were stains on the down comforter that was provided. The loft was straightened up, not cleaned. It is a service fee which includes cleaning so it is not the customer’s job to clean up before enjoying the place or before leaving. The WiFi was not the best. It kept cutting out on both TV’s. I have a problem with the cleanliness of the room, the room was described you have a balcony (there was no balcony), also there was no lock on the door leading on the ledge (I had to prop a chair on the door for the lock), outlets did not work either, and the floor was not clean.”

At checkin, Front said the room will receive a full house keeping every 3-4th nights but they didn’t come, when we complained, the house keeping head said only when guest requests. We told her we did ask, she said “I don’t know what happened because I was off yesterday”, 2) At the checkout, front could not understand the invoice/receipt and explain unclear charged for the restaurant.
