”Nice big room well heated and nice hot water. Could have done with 2 comfy chairs in the room as it was quite big plus a bigger coffee table, other than these ideas we would book this room again as we have have done before.”

”According to my son and his mate who had travelled from Oxfordshire for a football match the accommodation was everything that was described. The host was super friendly and even took the boys into Grimsby the next morning after my son had lost his car keys at the match 😩 ”

”My husband and I stayed at the Ivydene with are two children from 8th-11th August, it's was such a lovely, welcoming place to stay. The room was lovely and clean and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The Breakfast choices were fantastic and there was something for everyone. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Perfect location for the beach and amenities. We would highly recommend and definitely be booking again. ”
